Brand research
The first step is to find out what your people think your brand is. This lets us get ‘under the skin’ of your business by finding out where key stakeholders think your brand is, where they want it to be and what part they feel they have to play in developing it.
We begin with a set of easy questionnaires that cover everything from culture, your product/service, to competitors, to brands you aspire to be like, to uncover as much as we can about you.
Branding workshop
We then pull that together into a round-table workshop. In this, we will deep dive your business model, the challenges you face, how you deliver your product or service, your unique selling points, brand personality, your ideal buyer persona and begin to build the structure of your brand.
Tone of voice
It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. We’ll develop your unique tone of voice that will shape your communications. We’’ articulate your brand personality, develop brand pillars, vocabulary, style and wrap these into easy-to-use guides for staff at all levels.
Visual identity and logo design
Then, we bring it all together. We’ll develop a suite of concepts which include logos, typography, colour palette, layout styles and brand graphics. We’ll then get together to present these to you, before selecting one concept which we’ll develop into the final version.
Brand guidelines
Once we’ve signed off on the brand, we’ll put it all together into a set of brand guidelines that can be applied consistently across the entire business. All of your graphical assets can be kept in one place to ensure complete consistency across all customer touchpoints.
